"Jake" is a stunningly beautiful boy with fabulous loud color and great conformation.  The very best thing about Jake, however is his mind.  He is without a doubt the smartest colt we've ever raised.  Calm, level-headed and smart wrapped up in a stunning package.  We sent Jake to a trainer for 30 days to learn manners, lunging, loading etc and he brought him back after 2 weeks stating that Jake had learned everything he could teach him.  Jake will lead, load, stand for farrier and works well on the lunge line in and out of the round pen.  Jake carries the bloodlines of Blue Max and Goldseeker bars from his sire and Sinn Fein, Raise a Native, Native Dancer, Three Oh's & Tonto Bars Hank from his dam.  He has a pitter-patter jog and a lovely slow lope, but I don't know if he's a true pleasure prospect as his bloodlines dictate he might be more performance oriented.  Jake will be gelded in October when the weather cools.  Offered for sale at $2500.  Special consideration given to a show home.
